Hold My Luggage was a great convenience for us. Our hotel stay was ending but our flight wasn't until the evening, plus we wanted to spend our last day exploring the area. Constance came by in the morning to pick up our luggage around 10am, taking extra special care for my newly-built lightsaber from WDW. We explored downtown Orlando, then went to the airport around 7pm. Once we arrived, a Hold My Luggage specialist quickly came by, probably seconds after we arrived, and dropped off our bags curbside to us. Very thankful for their service and would definitely use again next time we're traveling to Orlando.
Incredible service. I can’t say enough good things about Hold My Luggage staff. I interact with people around the world, and this company shines. Super conscientious, efficient, attentive, and most importantly, caring. They know and care what it means and how it feels to travel, pandemic etc. We had six in our group with lots of luggage. We had to get PCR tests for overseas travel and had delays and stress. They made it possible to make our flight with their above and beyond service! I’m writing this at our next layover. Excellent service! We landed at 8:00am and wanted to enjoy Universal Studios until our room was ready. Constance took our luggage and delivered it to the house we rented exactly at 4:30pm as we requested. She was so friendly over the phone when I inquired about the service and was just as nice in person. I felt great knowing our luggage including a laptop was secure. The time saved was well worth the price, and I didn’t have to fight traffic to go back and get it at the airport. Get the delivery option, best money I spent while In Orlando. I hope other airports consider this business model. Will use again when we are back In Orlando!
Returned from a cruise early in the morning, but our flight out wasn't until late in the evening. Thanks to HML we were able to store our bags for a few hours and spend some fun time in Disney Springs. I wish this was standard at every airport. Super nice staff, prompt service, and very affordable!
Amazing service, Constance the owner is amazing, her son too, such a beautiful radiant personality. Our luggage was kept in great conditions and on time, just as we arrived from cruise it was brought to us for pick up. Very convenient and helpful to travelers. We didn’t know what to do with all the luggage we had and didn’t want to pay a fortune to store. This was the way. At Orlando airport , downstairs where the rental cars are. Easy, fast, safe. Great communication. If you need storage for traveling this is your option. Thanks
OUR STORY
In 2012, my late husband Hector convinced me and our children to move to Ecuador. It was the craziest, most awesome thing we ever did as a family. However, traveling abroad with three young children was not easy. We had a ton of luggage and a ton of time, due to a 13 hour layover in Panama City. I thought to myself, "how nice it would be if there were a concierge luggage service company where we would be able to either leave our luggage or someone could pick up and hold our luggage, so we could sight-see and explore Panama City. After sight-seeing, we could return to pick up our luggage at the counter or they could return our luggage to us curbside at our departure flight location". Instead of sight-seeing, we spent a fortune on a hotel room just to escape being stuck at the airport.
Five years later, May 2017, after moving back to the U.S., and not able to find a decent paying job as a Paralegal, Hector convinced me to start "that luggage storage business" I thought about back in the Panama airport. Together, we started Hold My Luggage, Inc (HML). We created a business model/concept that works. HML is a company that provides travelers with luggage storage and delivery options. We have a team of luggsters who are available to assist in making your travel day easy and worry-free.
Hector worked tirelessly day and night in our efforts to build not only a business that would support us as a family, but a business that truly showed our work ethics and the way we treat others. Our company core values are built on our very own personal travel experience. It doesn't cost anything to be kind and offer assistance when needed. This is what we do in every aspect of our business. We would like to personally thank every one of our customers that have used our service and those who will in the future! We wouldn't be the company we are today without you.
